Applications and Zoning Ordinance

Please be advised that the Town of Epsom has not adopted building codes, therefore the Town does not have a building inspector, electrical inspector, or plumbing inspector.  Additionally, the Town does not issue permits relative to such projects.  Zoning permits are issued by our Zoning Compliance Officer.  The zoning permit application, list of required permitting, as well as their respective fees can be found in the PDF list below.  Contractors must defer to the State codes.
