The Planning Board is an organized group of selected members of a community in charge of carrying out the future needs, wants, and vision of a community. This is accomplished through the Planning Board’s regulatory and non-regulatory functions, which include the creation of regulations (Regulatory Function) and the review of development applications (NonRegulatory Function).

The Epsom Planning Board normally meets the 2nd and 4th Wednesdays of the month at 6:30 PM. If you have questions about a proposing a project, please contact the chair of the planning board at planning@epsomnh.gov.

The application deadline for subdivision & site plan applications is 21 days before a scheduled meeting.
