Bartlett and Windymere Economic Revitalization Zones (ERZs)

The Economic Revitalization Zone (ERZ) program is enabled in the State of New Hampshire through NH RSA 162-N.  The program allows municipalities to establish certain zones in a community where a business can then seek a short-term credit on its New Hampshire Business Profits Tax if they make an investment in infrastructure and creates jobs.  The Bartlett and Windymere ERZs were approved in February 2018.

In December 2024 The Town was approved to expand the two ERZ’s to include all businesses located in Epsom on Route 28 and Route 4. Please review the application to see if you qualify and applications must be completed and mailed or emailed to the State of New Hampshire by February 10 th following the applicant’s tax year.
